Tax Status RTU

Description

Guatemala Tax Status RTU Check allows clients to verify the tax registration, tax status, and RTU profile of a Guatemalan taxpayer against official information maintained by the Superintendencia de Administración Tributaria (SAT).

The service validates the taxpayer's 13-digit Código Único de Identificación (CUI) and returns their full registered name, Tax Identification Number (NIT), taxpayer type, identity document status, DPI information, demographic details, economic sector, registered economic activities (CIIU), tax affiliations (including Income Tax ISR and obligations), special characteristics, and tax ratification status.

This check is useful for KYC, KYB compliance, merchant onboarding, credit underwriting, fraud prevention, and identity verification in Guatemala.

URI request parameter

CUI	✅	string	Guatemalan Unique Identification Code (CUI), a 13-digit identification number assigned to individuals in Guatemala.

The CUI parameter is required in the path.
