Political Exposed Persons

Description

Screening service that checks whether an individual or company — identified by CURP or RFC — appears on national and international Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) lists, sanction and restrictive lists, and the SAT 69 / 69-B fiscal lists. The search is performed by CURP or by RFC.

Body request (JSON)

The screening accepts a single search key: either curp or rfc. Exactly one of the two must be present — sending both, returns an error.

rfc	Required if curp is not sent	string	RFC — individual (13 characters) or company (12 characters). Search by RFC.

note

A screening with no matches is a 200 response with data.resultCount = 0 and an empty data.results array. It is not an HTTP 404.

data.results[].list	string	List where the match was found.
data.results[].listType	string	List category, as reported by the source (e.g. ppe).
data.results[].similarity	integer	Match similarity percentage.
